The rental shop "Sarl Location de ski La Dôle" is directly on your arrival car park. You can rent skis, snowboard, cross-country skiing, snowshoes. Equipment rental is not included in lesson's price.
The meeting point is located at the bottom of La Dôle, on the Swiss side. At 50 m below the shop "Sarl Location de ski La Dôle", you will find your instructor next to the ski pass sales point. In case of delay, contact your instructor by phone as soon as possible to notify it. Normally, the lesson cannot be postponed because the ski instructor has lessons all day. Any delay is therefore lost and will not be refunded.
As a total beginner, you will not need a ski pass. We work with you on a flat terrain. Once you glide on your skis and start the snowplow, you can try the ski lift with a ski pass. You can buy it at the meeting point (skipass sales point). The 2 hours "Skipass 1er glisse" cost CHF 9.30 and will allow you to use the 4 La Dôle baby ski lifts (all public from 5 to 75 years).
By car : La Dôle is accessible by the Nyon motorway exit (from Geneva or Lausanne). At the roundabout, take direction St-Cergue then La Cure. After the Franco-Swiss customs take on your left (sign «Dijon, Les Rousses, massif de la Dôle»), continue straight 200 m until you get to the left, take the D1005 (sign «St Claude, Gex, Prémanon»). Seeing La Dôle in front of you, continue 200 m until the roundabout and take direction «Geneva,Gex, Col de la Faucille, Le Balancier, Massif de la Dôle». Drive 2 km, pass the winter parking of "Le Balancier" chair lift (located below on the right) and 1 kilometer further, turn left, you arrive at the parking of La Dôle (large buildings on your left) and in front of you the shop "Sarl Location de ski La Dôle".
By Train : from Geneva, Lausanne by train to Nyon then to La Cure. Ski bus from La Cure to La Dôle (5 min.), from the train station cross 50 m to the bus stop next to the customs. In La Dôle, stop at Cuvaloup, 500 m before La Dôle-Les Dappes stop. You are on La Dôle car park (large buildings on your left), you will see in front of you the shop "Sarl Location de ski La Dôle".
Book your lesson by phone or whatsapp. Send us a Whatsapp or phone us to agree on a day and a schedule. You will then receive a Mypos link for your booking. Once the lesson's payment is made by credit card using the MYPOS link or by TWINT, you will receive a confirmation, the name of your instructor and a meeting point google map. In general, the payment is made one week before in order to guarantee you the time slot you want. During the school holidays, the booking must be made a long time before your lesson to have an instructor available.

Each participant must have their own accident insurance. In addition, we recommend that you, in addition to your own accident insurance, take out ASSUR'NEIGE insurance to cover medical, research, rescue on slopes, repatriation on La Dôle ski resort (CHF 5.-) with your ski pass. These insurance are not included in lesson's price.

Supervised by a ski or snowboard instructor, the children discover new slopes and progress skiing every day while having fun and making new friends in a group. Children’s levels : total beginner (never skied before), resourceful beginner (green), snowplow (blue), parallel (red), expert (black). During this week, your child will learn how to put his skis alone, slide, do snowplow, make turns, ski in parallel, ski in all snow depending on his level and his group. All week long, the instructors prepare the children for a test. This test is different depending on the level.
Yes, the medal, the test and the booklet are included in the price of the week.
The group size is limited to a maximum of 6 children per instructor for better learning.
No. Children so young do not progress in a group lesson. The best option is a private or semi-private lesson (several children from different families).
No, if the child interrupts the group lesson during the week for any reason, the course is not refunded
The group lessons are given in French and English. Our instructors speak French, English and German. Some instructors also speak Spanish or Portuguese.

Yes. The ski pass is not included in lesson's price. Daily access ski pass digital or paper sold at the price of Fr. 12. -, provides day-long access to cross-country ski trails. Daily paper maps available only in the nordic centres and the St-Cergue Tourism Office.
Yes. Cross-country skiing in the Jura is a soft activity that does not require having already skied before.
We have 2 meeting points:
1. At the bottom of La Dôle we have access to "Les Piles" cross-country ski trails. The meeting point is the same as alpine skiing.
2. La Givrine pass where we have access to several cross-country ski trails.. The Nordic centre of La Givrine will open soon.

Nordic ski touring (NST) is done with skis of intermediate width between cross-country and alpine skis, equipped with metal edges and an anti-recoil system (shell soles or holding wax) sometimes supplemented by uphill skins. Shoes and bindings leave the heel free and allow the natural flexion of the foot.
If you’re a beginner, dress as if you’re going for a walk in winter. If you want to do this activity regularly, do not hesitate to invest in specific nordic equipment that you will find in npro shops.
You contact us and explain your project. We will then send you an offer by e-mail. In general, we offer a choice of activities that you validate according to your desires, your needs and your constraints (date, company, schedule, costs, level of employees, event objectives...). Once the project is finalized, you book the date and our team. We then send you a google map for the exact meeting place and a list of equipment. The corporate event day, you communicate us the final number of participants. When you leave your company, you send a message, we will see you at the meeting point, at the right time, to start of your corporate event.
